There are eight perks in the map Moon:
Mule Kick
Stamina-Up
Quick Revive/Revive
Juggernaught
Sleight Of Hand
Dead Shot
PHD Flopper
Double Tap
The easiest way to get this achievement is buy getting around 5000-10000 points solo, then leaving a crawler at the end of the round then obtain the hacker which will be around the Double Tap perk, then buy a perk... Lets say Double Tap, after you buy it, hack it and you will get your points back, the full amount of which you just paid.
