hey i need help with my server every time i run it itl say cant keep up did the system time change or yada yada yada what do i do to fix? thanks

It should still work when this happens... if not change the .bat so that after crafbukkitSNAPSHOPblablabla.jar it says nogui so craftbukkitblablabla.jar nogui.
