Its the act of fraudulence that is investigated. The amount of which was 'Stolen' is not taken into account unless its a serious case ($1000s) where they would act on it immediately. If he did bring him to court, Paypal would terminate his account for being used by a minor, which would **** things over for him. And most of all, If its an ISO 'CD' then he would be given a $250,000 Fine
It wouldn't cost $1000 for a lawyer LMAO. Its called the small claims court in which the defendant pays if the court finds him guilty. So in theory it wouldn't cost a cent. That would cost CI $200 + Whatever his fine is
So JAKpie could have brought him to court and have been successful.
So before you post a load of nonsense, think about what your going to say and make sure its actually correct.

umm it is actually correct my brother is a lawyer. Even in a small claims court you still have to pay a certain amount. So think before you post.
