The skin packs should be live around the "Actual" release date of Gears of War 3.

So sometime around september 20th. Most probably late at night on the 19th they will become available.

They did, I know. But I tweeted Rod a while back. Apparantly that discount is the normal price that goes on forever. There is no day 1 special price sadly. It is 3600 for the lot untill they decide to decrease it.

You are technically getting discount because 8 x animated skins 360 = 2880

Then there is non animated skins - 13 x Non animated 240 = 3120

So then 3120 + 2880 = 6000

or

Gun pack 1200 x 4 = 4800

So you are getting an discount of 2400 or 1200 depending on how you look at it, sorry for the maths. It was the only way I could really explain it. So it is already at it's discounted price.
