unplug your router and device for a min then plug ur device in first and then ur router should work

Unplug your router Completely for about 5 minutes.
Copy your pc's mac keys and put them on your xbox.

Try pluggin your xbox directly into the modem with an ethernet cord to see if its your router. If u connect then it was just your router
