i heard that they are now console banning you if you get caught iso modding. is this true?

There is always a chance of banning with modding. Yes if microsoft do catch you iso modding then they will console ban you because you are tampering with the console. The only way you can get caught iso modding is if you receive so many complaints from fellow xbox live users or you are stupid and forget to stealth patch the game 8)
