From what I've read on each of those links, they look like decent parts. The big part about the PC is the RAM and the Video/Graphic cards. If you are planning on running video games from your PC then i suggest you try looking for a higher end video and graphic card.
I'm not that big on PC stuff so i can't tell you if they are compatible or not.
I would try asking someone before, sometimes items won't fit inside the casing. So then you'll be left with a non-working computer. Sometimes if the graphic/video card doesn't fit then you will have to get an adapter that comes out from the back of your PC which will then make it connect to the monitor.
If your video card isn't stock then your icons will be all out of proportion. You'll have to install drivers and what not.
Again, i'm not that big on computers so i don't really know what else to tell you.
Good luck with your building.

but is it compatable with my motherboard?
Yes. But it's recommended to go with the Intel core i5-2500k. It swaps the 955. Also, socket AM3 is dead.
Next time post this in the computer lounge.
