Then why are you choosing an overpriced $200 motherboard? The Antec case is very basic as well, it has hardly any cable management features.

No. That motherboard = Socket AM3 = Dead socket. AM3+ are already out. You're just blocking your upgrade options. Again, you're not getting it. An i5-2500k + A p67-g43 will destroy the AMD 955 and be cheaper. Look at the benchmarks above. I suggest you do a lot of research before even looking at anymore parts.
