I would probably have to say microsoft because IW barely does banns. While Microsoft does Xconsole banns and just putting random crap on ur profile information

im sorry but i really don't think you can get in trouble for gt modding, your not enhancing the game, or your not prohibiting other people from playing, unless your gt is really really long, which in that case you are an idiot. but anyways one thing i found usefull to do it... wait! or maybe go outside, or if your just that desperate to play video games, play something different!
