Possibly because the game isn't realesed inthe USA yet

No they will only reset the leaderboards.
It would be unfair if you got the game early and you get banned because of that.

probably not they will just reset your leader board stats !!

You will only be banned if you dont have a legit copy. Other then that, they reset leaderboards.

No they wont ban you because when you click on "event calendar" in the menu it says: Congratulations. Youre one of the lucky ones who is able to experience Gears of War 3 before its official start. Have Fun!
