If you were brought to the station and your mom picked you up, they should have told your parents what the consequence was i.e. a fine, jail time, etc.
I highly doubt you will receive any of those.

Dude no way you have a court date. Either your state/city is really strict or your moms just scaring you. I would think it would be:
#1- Phone call home and escort back to house
#2- Same but they take down personal details (address etc)
#3- Legal actions
I cant imagine a court case for breaking a curfew but maybe theres just too much crime in your area.
To everyone who doesnt know about their curfew, if you live in America, you have a curfew. Ask around about it or you will be the next one making this kind of post.

Our curfew is 10 pm. Me and my friends usually just walk around after it, but it's nothing.

Every state has a curfew, most cops just don't care about it.
I've been out plenty of times at 3 am when I wasn't 18.
I'd think small fine or community service.

Depends on what offense it is.
If its your first then its just a ride home.
Second you might get a fine.
You wont get arrested, only detained.
