OK. Let me explain this.

When you GoD mod, you need the Game and you need the Profile to which the Game belongs, or you cannot launch it.

THIS IS EXACTLY THE SAME. The File is LINKED to the G.T which unlocked everything. Changing the I.Ds does NOTHING.

The only thing I can think of, is getting the profile which unlocked it all, signing in with it and then quickly signing out to unlock everything, similar to the Gold Lancer/Hammy on Gears 2. Even then, I doubt it would be a Perm fix.

it would really suck if this would not work.. i didnt get the chance to play the beta.. could someone please who got the knowledge of this sort of things figure this out?

I have no idea why this wouldnt work, its not server side so this should work, my gears is in the post office but cant collect till tomorrow, ill try it tomorrow and let you all know

I had the beta unlocks but I Lost Them When I was Going to recover my acc and i deleted profile and items. so Im hoping Itll Still work for me

ok guys can someone just clarify that i have done this right and if so it might help some of you who are struggling with it. i played the beta before and unlocked everything but i lost my save so this is my only way to get it back.

first of all i downloaded gears 3 beta and i used modio to put it into my HDD, i also downloaded the save and this is the way that my files were saved along with the directorys.

Partition 0
->Content(gamesaves etc.) ->downloads(000000000000000), gears of war 3 beta, game demos, [beta here]
->profiles-> gears of war 3 beta (4D5389B9)-> gamesaves (00000001) player storage.data

and now on my hard drive i have the beta in demos with the gears 3 picture next to it, and in my games i have gears of war 3 beta with the picture and inside this folder is my gamesave 64kb i think it has worked because the saves are not corrupt.

You no longer have to download this if you didnt play the beta with your account. This savegame is useless if you didnt play it.

i played the beta on this account but the old save got deleted will this save work... also if i playethe beta on my account will it work for a different account on my xbox.. please help pm with a answer and ill rep

Take a look at the link above. It seems that many legit beta players are having issues with the beta unlocks.
