help me! when ever i start recording, it starts to and when ever i post a video on youtube, say it is a 5 min video it will shortin it into a 1 min video

How many videos do you have becasue each video adds a min of how long a video can be example: 2video= 2minute videos allowed the number of uploads means how long ur videos can be
