Hey guys,
I'm a freshman in High School, and I'm a lineman(I was supposed to be a receiver)
I need some tips on how to be a good lineman(I'm a nose tackle, and right tackle on offense.)
This may be the wrong place to ask people, but I'm hopeless.
I'm a starter on offense, but I still need as many tips as I can.

Im in LT and My Coach always says get ur hands underneath the shoulder pad . also once u get ur hands on the person, just drive them back and keep on pushing them.
For Defensiveness Line just try ur best to get past the lineman and once ur past watch the ball and watch the people in the back field !!!!
