my xbox is stuck on a update as soon as i turn it on it says applying update then freezes then after about 20 mins it gives me a big erroer code. And i called xbox and they said i have tampered with it yet i havent someone please help me to get it to work?

try disconnecting for live remove the recent update and see wat happens
