You probably have nothing being used at certain times like the computer or internet on your phone and at other times you do causing you connection to go from bad to good (;

Make sure that no one is using youtube, downloading a extremely long file, or others are using their laptops, iPods or iPhones on the same Wifi at the same time.

That happens to me too, but it's mainly because the computer is being used while i'm playing maybe this is the same for you?
