Its worth it if your going to download all dlcs either way. You pay 30$ for the season pass and get stuff which is worth about 40$. Included in the dlcs are campaign add-ons, horde and beast add-ons as well as multiplayer maps. The DLC's will be released quarterly (one pack every 3 months).
Im definately gonna buy it.(i did the same with LA noire's rockstar pass.)
Two of the characters you get in the dlcs are "Mech Baird" and "Onyx Guard".
