trust me i would want to return it but i cant when restored it i thought the contacts would be in the SD card and i could get the numbers out witch they are not so know i have no way to contact the owner or anything i called verizon they said they cant do anything

if you found it and they reported it they will blacklist it off the network.

You better hurry up and sell it before they do because then the phone would be kinda useless when re-activated

Only the sim card. They cant stop the phone accessing a network.
