Its actually in the rules to but whatever.....But yeah Dean,i see what you mean about not having a credit card,i just got Gold membership 2 days ago! It would be good to have in the Gold forums but then the non Gm's might feel a bit annoyed and leave the site.
I've seen it happen.

It's a nice incentive to go gold though. Plus if the non-gm's are only posting around for the chance to get an invite then they aren't really good for the site. It would help the community and leave the members who are willing to post on the forums because they enjoy it.

Plus you could then have monthly rewards for members who do something for the forum to get an invite etc and so forth. If you post well over time then you could probably get invited too. There is many ways to benefit both the site and it's loyal members without upsetting the dedicated people.
