iv just recieved a new YT Background but i dont know how to re-arrange like all my things on my channel to fit into the boxes given.

if anyone could help me then that will be much appreciated

Well, if it's the correct size, it should already fit around the boxes. Just set it as the background image, then change the text/wrapper color to match.
