My jtag has the E09 error. Does anybody know how to fix this? ..

Usually caused by a faulty dvd drive/or dvd drive cable, in more cases then none simply unplugging all your accessories should fix it.
Also alot of people have said that a bad firmware flash while messing with there dvd drives caused it.
I suggest unplugging your drive and testing checking your wires.
