Ok so as soon as i turn my xbox on it doesnt load up with the xbox symbol it goes straight to the update screen and freezes a quarter way threw. So i called xbox and gave them, the code and they said the xbox was tampered with or modified. I have never open up the consol or anything can someone please give me a solution.

It does this when flashed, Did you buy it second hand?

Er, what error code is this you got, please dont tell me E66, my Xbox has got that because it was flashed.
