[Flipping]
Welcome to my flipping introduction guide! There area few ways to flip but this is the best method i have ever used. First off you will need at least 5-10 mil in cash, The more you have the easser and more profitable it becomes! This guide will be very long make sure you read till the end.

You will need:
-A notebook to keep a ledger
-1-2 hours a day

Step 1
Understanding the GE

The GE takes selling offers in any world and matches them with a buy offer again in any world. The GE updates prices every 4 hours to change with current trends. The GE also limits the amount of a certain item you can buy at once, these are called trade limits.
This is the most commonly used data that flippers use. The numbers represent the limit per 4 hours.

You can get past this. If you buy 25k nats then sell them back on the GE your limit is reset. However if you buy 25k nats from ge then sell them on forums or outside of GE your limit will not reset.

Step 2
Finding selling prices

Start by taking an item, lets say Yew logs, and put a buy offer in the ge of 2x what the mid price is set at. Currently yew logs mid price is 405. Put a buy offer in for 810, dont worry it will buy for less. The log buys for 407, this is your high price also known as your SELL price . Write that number down in your notebook.

Step 3
Finding your buy price
Sell the log for 1gp, again dont worry it will sell for more. The log sells for 400, this is your low price also known as your BUY price. Write this down in your book.

Step 4
Understanding Profit

Profit is also called margin. Profit is the deference between your Sell price and buy price. In our case:

Profit= Sell price(407)-Buy price(400)

Your profit equals 7gp per log.

So if you bought your trade limit of 25k

(Sell price)10,175,000-(buy price)10,000,0000= 175,000 profit
This flip was done in less then 15 mins. Thats an easy 700k profit per hour for little work(175k*4).

Step 5
Put a buy offer in for the trade limit. We are using yew logs so our offer would be, 25k yew logs @400 each. Once they buy sell them right away for 407.

Tracking and information sharing

Tracking your sales is the easiest way to track profits. Your money will be tied up in to multiple items. This will help organize your spending.

When you find an item that has good margin please remember, the more people that know about it the smaller your margins will become.

How do i find items?

The above is considered an active low wealth flip. Which means the trade is done with little cash and buys/sells quick. This is low risk low reward.

Commonly traded items generally buy and sell fast, the profits are lower but with almost no effort you can make 20-50k per trade. The more expensive an item is the more margin it has. The down side to expensive items is that they will take longer to
What to look for

-Unstable items, items that have been up and down in price for the past few weeks, the more unstable an item is the more margin it has.
-Common traded
-High trade limits
-Newly released items


Great items that i use
Runes
-Natures(one of my fav, flips buys and sells quick)
-Laws(these will have 1-3 gp margin which is great! its the easiest 50k you will ever make)
-Blood(At times these will buy very fast but it is common for them to take a while)
-Death(not as good as they once were but still a good item)

Raw Food
-Sharks
-Lobbies(they will buy and sell slow but they carry on average a 1.2gp margin)
-Monkfish( these will be slow but good margin)
-Swordfish(do not do if margin is less than 2gp)

Ores&Bars
-Steel bars( You have to watch this carefully you will sell 2-4k quick but then it can slow down)
-Addy Bars( this is a great overnight flip they are very slow but have a great margin)
-Gold bars
-Coal
-Iron
-Addy ore(These will buy fast but sell slow good over night item)

Arrows&Bows
-Dragon Arrows
-Rune arrows
-Magic long
-Yew long( generally very fast buy and sell)
-Diamond bolts(e)(very very good item)

FAQ
What if an item is not buying and sell?
-Do your high and low price again, price will change.

What is "overnight flipping" and how do i do it?
-It is a higher reward and higher risk investment. The best way to do this is but a commonly traded item(addy ores and bars work great) Find your prices and but them for about 5% under your normal buy price. Leave over night. You should have some bought when you play the next day. This takes longer and there is a risk you will loss money but margins will be higher.

What is a "good" margin?
-In reality any margin is good. If you have 10mil or less any margin is good. The more money you have the more magin you should have. What that means is a person will 100mil will most likely not flip nats but will flip bloods and deaths.

Can i loss money?
-YES. There is a risk you can loss money you can limit that risk by
-No trading 15mins before and after the Ge updates
-Selling your items right away
-Spread your money around do not invest all of your cash in one item

What is your "Setup"
-When im flipping i have all 6 trade windows going, I have 3 buy offers for 3 different items. I also have sell offers out for the same three items.

How can i boost my trade limits?
-There are 3 ways to boost your trade limit for 4 hours. The first is to buy your trade limit log off and log back on a few hours later(after the ge updates) Sell all the items, your trade limit has been doubled. The second way is to go on various forums and bulk buy the item at a higher price. You can 3x 4x or 5x your trade limit, however it will cut in to profits. The third way isto make the item your self, AI cutting a ton of yews and selling them.
