No, this helmet isn't going to be available to ANYBODY until until Halo: CE anniversary comes out. Ive looked into this helmet from every angle. And hes lying I guaranty that. The two games will share multilayer and CE will have a redone campaign to go with it. I wouldn't be surprised if its unlocked through terminals or something similar to the Hayabusia helmet in Halo 3. Although new armor is coming, don't expect to see it until after Anniversary title is released.

i agree, if they wouldve put new armor in the game before CE, they wouldve done it a while ago. Im sure they want to promote Halo Ce multiplayer campaign. My guess would be somewhere in there.
right now its just guessing and theories
