In my personal opinion I think Eminem is. Why? Here are my reasons.

-Better Lyrics
-Better Beats
-Faster Raps
-More Involved
-Not some annoying ghetto sh*t like "UHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH, YEH"
-Diamond Record
-Millions more albums sold
-By the way Lil' Wayne, pronounce the "T's" please.

It's all opinion. Eminem and Lil Wayne are at the top of the industry for a reason.

People who listen to constructed talented music will listen to Eminem, 12 year olds will listen to Lil wayne and look at him as an idol.
