is sleep walking an example of lucid dreaming?

Me, it worked.


I looked in a mirror (something you are not supposed to do in a lucid dream) and my shirt melted in my skin and it burned me badly. It felt like your foot falling asleep in your whole body.

I had a lucid dream last night...
Flying Unicorn + Wunderwaffe + Fake San Andreas City = The best dream ever. All the fun of being a criminal without the consequence ....

Its pretty hard to lucid dream....All you really have to do is imagine yourself flying while you have your eyes closed trying to go to sleep then when you do fall asleep you will probably be having a flying dream, Lets just hope you remember your actually in a dream...

Also a good way to lucid dream is too sleep for only about 4 - 6 Hours (Depending if you sleep on 8+ more hours of sleep normally). Stay awake for as long as possible when you wake up early, then when you go back to sleep think of Lucid Dreaming and only Lucid Dreaming....Or sleep 6 Hours and then Take a afternoon nap on something comfortable and mark an A on your hand for Awake.

i remember when i had a lucid dream...i went diving with my friend and someone tried to drown me...and when i breathed in nothing happened and then i was like waiiit this is a dream then i had fun lol

i really want to do this but i dont want to open my eyes at the wrong time can somebody help me out and tell me when i can open my eyes.
