It's not very good :/
I suggest instead of putting it at 50% opacity to use clipping masks instead. They are a great way to get a nice effect. I honestly don't know if you just took the picture and put it on a different background or what, but it can use some work. Try adding more effects, work on the lighting, and the depth and flow need some work as well. It's a nice start, but it's no where near done.

At the current stage, 3/10. Better luck next time.
