I've been here for a while. And you;re new, so you obviously have never seen my work before.
Get your **** right before you accuse people of doing something they didn't.
And I GUARANTEE You don't.
1. I made the borders from scratch.
2. I designed the whole layout.
3. The only template I use for layouts, is one I made, that has the right size, and position for the boxes.
What i would like to know why are you lying just to look cool?
Made them yourself?
Really?
That Sir, is the BIGGEST FAIL ever. Nice try though.
The only thing wrong with that is, the "SCENE" text was made in C4D. And therefore can't be editable in a PSD.
ALL you did was alter the color. That's not hard to go to Image > Adjustments > Hue/Saturation And Colorize it from there.
Stop trying to act cool, kid.

Well first I made all the shapes and everything on different layers. Then I do:
Bevel: Depth 1000 - Size 3
Stroke: 1 px
Drop Shadow: Distance 0 - Size 10
That's about it.
For the colored parts, I just add some gradients, maybe an inner glow, or bevel, and a texture I have.
