Hi,
Basically, someone has set up a dispute on me because it took a bit of time for the item to get to him, but he now has the item. He asks for a refund on the dispute and it can escalate until the 27th. If I just left the dispute as it as and wait till the 27th, Would I get my money back? As PayPal is holding 50 in my account due to this.

you should. When Paypal sends you the dispute notice, there should be a reply button. You should just be able to dispute the dispute, and it should go away. I would just wait until the 27th. You should get your money.

If you tell ebay that, they should just drop the charges. If you don't get your money back on the 27th, open your own dispute with that user. Don't forget to leave negative feedback also, so other people won't trust him. He is definitely being a dxck. How long did it take your product to reach the guy? Was it like 6 months or 1 month?
