Are you sure you put the Voice Preferences on the Xbox on "HEAR THROUGH BOTH"?
Maybe that's the problem

PillsBury-Jr- wrote first is ur noise up and if it is then go ti the black cord and move it around in the xbox controller hole and move in a circle and tell me if u hear any noise and make sure ur noise is up on the side of the thing

I heard beaches are bad, but not everyone can afford tritons and stuff, not everyone asks their parents to buy them everything...

take the black wire out and turn it round
so plug the controller end in the white box and vie versa

dude i have turtle beaches and there way better imo they are just as good as tritons and look better

Make sure your chat volume is up because this was happening to me and i didnt notice that my chat volume was down was down. If this is not problem i dont know but i hope it gets fixed.

Open the little white circuit box thing and one off the wires will be disconnected just solder it back on then i put some electrical tape on it then put it back together and they should work hope it helped

This EXACT thing happened to me today. I couldn't fix it. Usually restarting my xbox fixes it, but it doesnt anymore
