1.You can sign out of XBL then change your date to 11-5-2005 and start the game then sign into XBL
2.If that does not work you can unplug your Modem And start up after it reconnects
3.if that doesn't work Call EA and complain

I have tryed this. it still dont work. ive even tryed clearing cache and reinstalling game. I recieved this message on EA support:

In order to resolve the issue. I would request you please clear your Xbox console cache first. Please follow the below given steps to clear your cache for the Xbox 360:

Also please reset your Xbox 360's time and date setting to the 11/15/2005 by following the below given steps:
1. Press the Xbox Guide button on the controller to enter the Dashboard.
2. Sign out of Xbox Live by pressing the X button.
3. Select the System blade.
4. Select Console Settings and press the A button.
5. Select Clock and press the A button.
6. Change the date to 11/15/2005 and press the A button to accept.
Then, please Re-start or power cycle (turn off and back on again) the console, and login with the Gamertag ID to try playing the game.

They fixxed this 2 days ago and all of those things were for fifa 11 btw.
