i would like a good graphics card good enough to run games from around 2010 in highest settings :
GTA
COD4
MW2
JUST CAUSE 2

If you wanna play i highest settings for all those games your gonna need to spend quite a lot 150+

your not going to get a good card for under $60 if you want a good card you need to spend at least 200 on one

The graphics card is something you want to be spending the most you can on.
Buying a $60 card will not even affect the output, probably just slow your pc down.
As stated above, you'll need to be spending $150+

Ummmmm, no it's not thats a laptop graphics card.
Anyways, for your budget you could get a AMD RADEON 6570. But what resolution is your monitor? That is what makes the card playable on most games or not playable on any.

Well, If you are expecting to play those games on high settings, with decent FPS. you should buy:
GTX 550 ti (137 US Dollars)
XFX 6870 ( US 179.99 ) My recommendation for you since you want a bang for the buck.
