ok so i was just playing a quick game with a few of my friends and we seen mule kick in the waterfall area where the box sometimes starts. wtf?

Treyarch have updated zombies putting Mule Kick into the following CONFIRMED MAPS:

Dont know how to put (The 1st Classic Map)
Verruckt - Yet To Be Confirmed
Shi No Numa- Located in the spawn room.
Der Riese- Located in the thompson room.
Call of the Dead- No
Shangri La- Proof Needed
Five + Kino - No
Asencion- Doubt it

Posts have showed it is POSSIBLY on these maps (Not confirmed)

Mule Kick is DEFINATLY on these maps:
Nacth Der Untoten (Fail spelling, 1st classic map)- Located in the corner at back)
Shi No Numa- Located in corner of spawn room near Gewher.
Der Riese- In the thompson room.
