Any seller in the Xbox 360 Marketplace with a stickied shop, staff vouch, or the trusted seller badge is a legitimate seller.
If you are going to purchase a jtag with cables and a nice hard drive it is going to be well over one hundred dollars. You may be able to purchase just the console but defiantly not one with everything included.
