This will get you two Onyx Medals if you get the highest score in the chapter. "Aficionado" is "Play a set number of chapters of arcade".
"Number 1" is Get the "highest score in an arcade chapter a set number of times".

Requirements:
2 controllers
Gears of War game

Tutorial:
Log into both accounts on Gears 3.
Go to Campaign and select Arcade.
Then Create Private and select Act 1.
The choose the Prolouge.
Choose any mutators you like (especially ones that increase XP!).
Choose Insane and start it.
Play through the Prologue.
End it when you finish the Prologue and see Marcus wake up.
Repeat.


This is the shortest chapter and you get infinite ammo.
