flyboy320 wrote Just curious why you don't let abgx360 patch the game automatically from it's database?
Great question.
ABGX does not automatically patch ssv2 100% of the time, it fully supports patching of ssv2 but cannot distinguish between ssv1 files. You will notice that sometimes a game will still be ssv1 even after a full proper autopatch. This is why you go to the database and grab the correct files "if you want something done right you have to do it yourself". Once you follow this tutorial a couple of times you should be able to patch all your own games easily in about 2 minutes per game

Thanks. Hope this helps you out. Remember to use this for games that you own and nothing else!

This is pretty useful, but to be honest it's slightly pointless, abgx360 will not work with 100% sufficiency, I have never stealth patched any of my ISO(s) files and haven't been banned.

ABGX is near flawless ("near" some minor hiccups)This is not pointless and you will need to have games patched or you will be banned. The difference is that you will get caught in the ban wave while your friends who followed the tut are more than likely not...
I know replacement consoles are cheap these days but why not keep the same console and save some money.
BTW (if you play MW2 or Black ops I'm sure you patched ap2.5 on it or you are not playing it)
