It is not able to be downloaded on the Xbox 360 at the moment due to it being released at midnight in I believe Western Time. So Central Time it should be released at 2AM and if anyone needs to know that's a bit more than an hour and a half. It will not ask for 4294967295 Microsoft Points after that. Hope I Helped!

It's the same process with map packs. As soon as it hits on the west coast, say midnight, then at that moment it is available in the other time zones plus the hour change.
