2nd post in a row and I'm already annoyed...
Downgrading freeBOOT is not going to hurt your console...AT ALL.
It's not going to brick it, it's not going to turn your hair green, and it's not going to let you find the pot of gold at the end of the rainbow.
freeBOOT is freeBOOT is freeBOOT...you can change, swap, etc etc. any thing you want. I have fully upgraded a console from 9199 - 12611 - 2625 - 13599 and all the way back down. No issues...at all.
If you make sure the KV is the same for all of them and you make the freeBOOT images the same with each of them having the exact same wiring method...you should flash and boot. That simple...flash new nand...press power button...#win
