In the full game there are only 5 maps with jets... I forget where I read that, I think it was on Kotaku...

thats good and im guessing that the maps will be quite big because there has to be an airstrip on it or a aircraft carrier

no only the closed pc beta has Caspian Boarder but the password was leaked for it (Applemartini) the xbox360 version will only have the map on the subway
