i know that they can run an unsigned code or something like that but what does that mean i dont have one but im planning to get one i know that they cannot connect to xbl i think

To go online and host Prestige Lobbies.
And play Emulators, such as mario and those types of games.

The original purpose was so you can play old arcade games like sonice, mario, etc. But people think all u can do with a JTAG is host MW2/COD4 Bull****

i dont plan on hosting i was planning to get free dlc's and games early but if they cant connect then whats the point

The 1st jtag to come out was just because a guy wanted to play XBL on the oldest dashboard lay out. Ya I know

so people don't have to be bent over by microsoft and other game companies for the games and the prices too

The original intention was the allow legal homebrew to be played.
Hacked kernels and MW2 hacking are the complete opposite of what the creators intended.

Correct, i think the project was originally started to be able to port xbmc and other awesome homebrew from xbox 1 as that scene was starting to die??
