You should PM me how.
I called and asked for a Savage Kantus and they said they didn't have access to generate codes for other retailers (IE: Amazon, ebay, etc)

I just tried for the first time and the lady said "There is nothing we can do" so i flipped out said i was switching to ps3 so she gave me a code lol.

the only problem that i see is that, why call Microsoft? wouldn't you just call EPIC games and talk to them about it, not just Micrososoft?

If someone can do this for me and get me a Savage Kantus/Grenadier, I can gift them gold or something. I've talked to 3 different people and they all said they don't have the ability to generate new codes.
