Get an AM3+ motherboard.
And no, it's probably not going to run Battlefield at high/ultra. I've even seen a single GTX 570 struggle and barely get 45 FPS.

I dont know bro, i play the beta at 45-60 fps on high
I only have i5 2500k and 1gb 6950, even though i have OCed to 4.5GHz
You will probably be able to run at medium settings ok but maybe think about a GTX 560Ti? OR a HD 6950

A 2500k and a 6950 will tear through a 955 and a 6850.
Low-medium settings would be more realistic. Go for a cheap and reliable PNY GTX 560 TI, they for around ~$200.
