but do they go on xbox live not running through xex menu but like a normal xbox can they connect

because you can do things that normal xboxes cannot. play emulators such as mario and sonic. install games to your harddrive and never need the disc again. mod games such as cod.and even turn your xbox into a computer with linux. xbox live was used for cod lobbies when you could actually do them, so its not a necessity.

so people wouldn't have to pay for a game that's 4 dollar's that comes up as 16
