It could also be the fact that the enemy team isn't that good at the game, hasn't got fast reactions etc. He could also have his sound turned up really high, have turtle beach or something like that to be able to hear where there coming from for the quick reaction.

Here's an update
i played in his top six last night for 2 hours 35 mins
where he was playing on his other account and we won every single match only rarely losing the odd round.He had a few epic kills including 360 round ending killcams thrown in.
