Um you could mod Usb Split-Screen Offline on a "Non-Live" account. But you cant mod offline on a Xbox Live account, UNLESS you take out your harddrive and then start up your account on a flash drive or transfer cable.

You could use a Save Editor to mod your prestige and guns too, You can have a golden desert eagle, and secondary camo's.

If you have a Jtag just do the same thing but without a flashdrive/transfercable, and just download a modded patch and you could possibly get a GODLYMOD mod menu!
