i opened it up with modio, and horizon they both work for the file

Ive been using usb explorer xtaf to open up the file i got from my xbox. But when i try and extract the file it comes with yyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy for the file name and when i do save it on my desktop and drag it to modio it says its not xbox file . Please help!!
