okay so I have a account on xbl but it has been out of gold for about two months and out of know where I get a email the other day saying my account has been suspended. and no reason as to why in a email so I contacted the support team and this is what they sent me,
theres no way in hell I stole anyones account let alone know how to in the first place.
Permanent LIVE account bans (permabans) are issued for serious violations of the Xbox LIVE Terms of Use or Code of Conduct. A permaban may be preceded by a temporary ban for investigative purposes. Console bans may also occur in severe cases.
Some common reasons for account permabans include, but are not limited to, the following behavior:
Repeated Gamerscore cheating
Repeated use of offensive Gamertags or profile content
Death threats or other threats of physical violence
Fraud
Phishing
Nudity on camera or sending of sexually explicit material
Account theft or account tampering
Your account has been permanently banned from the LIVE service for Terms of Use or Code of Conduct violations stemming from the participation in, or association with, account theft.

Theres a possibility that someone wanted your account name, or doesnt like you and constantly reported it. This might be a reason... Im not too sure, maybe its suspended for inactivity, or something you had on there.

I can understand some dic* reporting me but i NEVER stole someones account and I called xbl they said they cant help that I need to make a claim on the forums on xbox.com and I go there to sign in and bam it wont let me access the forums cause I'm banned
