Ok this is getting on my nerves. So basically I wanted to use a offical XBox 60GB hard drive (Old Xbox 360 inside a case) which I forgot I owned, but for some reason when I hooked it up onto my computer it's completely blank, size 55.8GB with a format of NTFS. (Does it have to be FAT32? Windows 7 doesn't have an option for it)
So it doesn't show up in my Xbox to format it. I have a Xport 360 BIN backup with all my data on I would like to put on, but firstly regardless of that I just want to have the hard drive recognised and usable!! Is there a program or method to prepare the hard drive back to it's original state?
Please help, Luke
Ps. I tried to just restore the image on Xplorer360 and it kept going full and then back to the start, it did that for about 15-20 minutes, how long does it actually take for a 20GB file? It took like a minute to extract it, I just thought it was stuck on a loop.

Ok, so I used a program called FAT32 format, so it would let me format it, but now what? Any ideas?
