If you get the trial o WOTLK and make a Death Knight, are you still able to use the Death Knight after the trial runs out?

Instead of using the trial, you could just download it and not have to pay a single time and just play on private servers and have and keep the characters forever

No you will not be able to play the character until you get the WOTLK Expansion
