my account got hacked back in august. i called microsoft and they said they would get to it and it would be up to 25 days before it has been returned. then i called back 2 weeks later checking on it and gave the reference number and they didnt link the hacked account with it so it had nothing done on it. they took my account and then actually filed my new report. i just got a call back today, which i put the report in september 20th, and he said they cancled my investigation because of falsified information. WTF!? and the account had been hacked and charged with 200+ dollars and it wouldnt be refunded. everything i had is lost forever and the person who hacked me didnt change my email so i know his gamertag.

I did that and they said 25 days too
I checked my Email an hour or so later and i had it back
Check your email bud thats what i would do
